How It Works

This is an overview of the processing of obtaining your personalized wedding invitation suites with Bucket of Kisses.  If you find that you are not yet ready to purchase and would like to purchase samples first instead, we do offer samples.  To learn more about samples, view a Sample listing at www.bucketofkisses.com.

1. Deposit

Once you have found the wedding invitation suite that you want, purchase the listing to secure your deposit.  Deposits are non-refundable.  The deposit will be applied towards your total balance due for your order.

2. Submit the Wedding Invitation Questionnaire

On the deposit listing on Etsy, there is a link to download the Wedding Invitation Questionnaire.  This is the form you will use to enter the information (names of Bride & Groom, wedding date, etc.) necessary to create your wedding invitation suite.  You will also be able to indicate what enclosures you want or don't want at that time (RSVPs, Reception inserts, etc.).  If you submitted the form to us but find that you need to make some corrections, please email us as soon as possible so we can produce proofs with the corrected information.

3. Design & Proof

Please allow us 48 hours to design the proofs, take pictures of the proofs, and email them to you for review and approval.

4. Approval & Payment

Once we have your final approval, we will then create for you a reserved listing for the remaining balance of your suite purchase.  This listing will also include shipping charges.

5. Production Process

Once your payment goes through, we will then start the production process.  Although we aim to complete production within 1-2 weeks, the time-frame will depend on the quantity of your order as well as our current work load.  Also, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping time via USPS Priority Mail.  So that you can have an idea about when to expect your paper goods, we will provide you with an estimated time-frame as we begin the production.  And if during the process we foresee that it may take longer than what we had initially anticipated, we will also notify you as soon as possible so that you are aware.
